I’ve been originating home loans since 2003 and running Davis Financial since 2008. Before that I spent two years as a net branch manager at Morgan Financial and two at Mortgage Design Group. What I learned in those years is that most of what goes wrong in a loan goes wrong because nobody explained it early enough. So I explain things early.

I have a B.S. in Business Finance with a minor in Accounting from Portland State University. That shows up in how I work: I’d rather put two or three options in front of you with the numbers side by side and let you choose than tell you what to do.
